Project: Weekly Challenges

Often times we set out to do too much at a time. We decide we want to live a healthier lifestyle so what do we do? We tell ourselves we must drink more water, track our food intake, exercise for 30 minutes a day, cut out sugar, cut out soda, cut out _____, and so on. Then, the minute we fail at doing all of these things simultaneously we decide that it’s just too hard and we go back to our old ways.

Wait, that sounds A LOT like me but there’s no way I’m the only one like this, right?!

I am SUPER pumped about weekly challenges. Some challenges may only last one week while others I may decide to stretch out a bit further. The purpose of these challenges is to help me better conquer things I’ve wanted to work on while not overwhelming myself! Please feel welcome to join along with me and give me ideas of challenges you’d like to participate in.
